What doest the term "web space" mean?: Having webspace means that you are renting a place on a server where you can store your HTML documents and image files. The amount of space you have is measured in megabytes. Each document and image file that you upload to your site uses up some of that space. How much space you need depends on how many documents and image files you will be wanting to store.

What is "bandwidth"?: Bandwidth is the transfer of data over the internet. How much your site is used is measured in bandwidth. In the case of a web site bandwidth it is how much your site is uesd. Each time one of your documents is accessed, or an image file is called up for viewing or a link is used you are using up some of your bandwidth.; How much bandwidth you need for your site will depend on the amount of traffic your site will receive. It depends on how often your site is visited and how many of the pages or images are used. This means every time a person looks at your site, each page and graphic shown must be transferred to your computer. Each transfer is part of the total bandwidth of your site.; The idea is to have enough bandwidth for the amount of traffic you expect. When you use up your bandwidth for the month, your viewer gets a message stating that the bandwidth has been exceeded.

How do I get my HTML document files and image files to my web space?: Two ways. One is part of the Control Panel called the File Manager. Two is for you to install and use a File Transfer Software on your computer. We provide a link to free software for your personal use.

What if I exceede my bandwidth?: Your site will stop if bandwidth is exceeded. You may request additional bandwidth if that happens by contacting us via e-mail.

Is how linking alowed?: Yes (If you want it to be allowed) Otherwise the Control Panel can be adjusted to prevent hot linking and/or refuse linking from sites you list. Your site will stop if bandwidth is exceeded. You may request additional bandwidth if that happens by contacting us via e-mail.

Can I add more space (bandwidth)?: Yes, Contact us via e-mail and we will tell you what is needed.

Will you teach me how to use my space?: We provide links to free ebooks and articles you can read about the Internet. But, we do not teach you to use your space via a course. If you still have questions just contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Can I have portected areas on my site?: Yes, the Control Panel will help you to set up a protected (restricted) area on your site to requier a user name and password for access.
